As a family run business, we are managed by the Wolf family since three generations and occupy around a hundred employees. We are a company that cultivates a familiar working atmosphere. This is of great advantage: instead of unnecessary bureaucracy and ineffectual regulations we maintain a pleasantly casual and friendly working environment. At Wolf Produktionssysteme you participate actively and individually in the proceedings of the company and everyone has the chance to make a difference. We built customized machines. This means that every machinery is unique to meet the individual needs of our customers. We built machinery that consists of only one independent cell or complete many cells up to a thirty metres long assembly line. The cells realize exciting individual processes such as laser soldering with eleven simultaneous laser sources. There are new challenges every day. This is what makes our work so fascinating. As an apprentice in our wolf pack you never experience boring day-to-day work. Instead you have the possibility to learn many interesting things in a young and friendly team.
