Introduction

There are only a few areas in the history of technology where development has been as rapid as in the area of laser. One reason for this is surely that laser makes the contact-free processing possible. Whether in the area of plastics welding, marking or precision laser welding of metals, no "tension" is applied to the components.

We have acquired "Know-How" in the areas of laser processing. Demonstration machines are available in our Technology Centre where we can carry out experiments to meet your requirements.

Laser plastic welding

The new plastic welding technique using laser opens up new possibilities for the product developer as well as the manufacturing technician. With small transition zones and low energy output dense connections with high welding seam resistances can be achieved.
